Preparing for Easter Brunch – Part 1

Easter brunch will be at our house this year. There will be fourteen of us and everyone is bringing a dish.

I will be making-

The rest of the family will be bringing-

  • Ham
  • Cheesy Hashbrowns
  • Fruit Platter
  • Vegetable Platter
  • Donuts/Bagels
  • Desserts

Yesterday I bought our fine China… NOT! I got paper plates and plastic silverware at Target. If the plate designs look familiar it is because they were designed by ETSY seller, Katie, of The Wheatfield. I went to high school with Katie and took a couple of art classes with her. She was always creating amazing things!

My house has been decorated for nearly a month now.

Today the boys and I decorated our cookies. I knew they were something I could make ahead of time and store in an air-tight container until Sunday.

Such concentration!

Now I need to make a grocery list and a ‘list of things to do.’ We are going to make some decorations tomorrow, and dye Easter eggs tomorrow night. See you on Wednesday for part 2!

Enjoy!
