I also happened to find the Sweet Avenue Bake Shop in Rutherford, New Jersey, which happens to be a gourmet bakery dedicated to providing the world with delicious and lovely-looking sweets and treats that are 100% vegan and 100% delicious. They don't ship just yet, so you can only try them if you're up in the New Jersey/NYC area, but I have a feeling they'll be able to before too long. They DO ship a $25 DIY Cupcake Kit and you can choose the flavors of cupcake you want, what icing you want, and the sprinkles or topping you want. There aren't nearly as many options as they have in the actual bakery, though. They have a long list of amazing-sounding treats, like Banana Cream Pie and Strawberry Fields (I'm a Beatles fan, so I would fly up there just to get a Strawberry Fields cupcake).

I could go for the Little Cutie, too!
A Boston Cream cupcake? Sign me up.
If it has cinnamon in it, I'm down. This sounds amazing.
The Spicy Hot Chocolate is a new seasonal one, and I love any kind of chocolate with cayenne and cinnamon in it.
They've got Tiramisu, too!
This Pumpkin Spice bad boy would be my favorite if I could get my hands on it, I just know it.
Not only do they make impressive cupcakes for just a little pick-me-up on any regular day, they also make custom-printed cupcakes, like these incredible True Blood ones, and some sweet Jack Skellington (from Nightmare Before Christmas) ones.
So bad ass.
I want these for my birthday. Period.
They also make gorgeous cupcake towers for weddings and various events.
So if you're ever in the area, you should certainly stop by Sweet Avenue Bake Shop and try out one (or a dozen) of their taste and inventive creations. I'll bet in the Spring and Summer they'll have some amazing seasonal fresh fruit flavors to choose from, too.
Now, I just have to find a place like this in Florida where I can get something similar....
